If you have tasks in your project that have been completed as scheduled, you can quickly update them all to 100% percent complete for the current date, a status date, or a date that you specify.
In Project, there are a number of different ways to marktasks as complete, so we are going to list three in this tip. 1: The easiest way to mark a task is to use 100% command, which is located on the Task tab, in the Schedule group.
When a task is marked as complete, it's immediately set to 100% complete. You can also choose 25%, 50%, or 75% completion directly from the ribbon, or manually adjust the percentage as needed.

When you finish a task, you can check it off your Tasks list by marking it as complete. Completing a task will hide it from the To-Do list, or any other Task view that only displays active tasks.
