When I draw on my PC in medibang, I want to make the picture bigger in a new canvas size. I’ll transform the picture to scale it but the lineart looks like little pixels afterwards.

Medibang Paint Pro, and Krita as my main art programs, but I have found that Medibang is my favorite. I like some of Sai's features like the selection outline feature and the symmetry tool in the 2020 build, and I like Krita's animation feature, but overall I think Medibang is the best of both worlds.
I don't believe there is any sort of Vector graphics in this software aside from the Text Tool, but even so the Text itself technically isn't vector graphics. The closest thing we've got is the Path Snap found on the PC/Mac version, where you can make a path in a similar style to a Vector tool, but whatever you draw on that path will still be Raster graphics.
To move pieces of your drawing, use the lasso tool on whatever part you want, then press ctrl+T. For liquify, I don’t think there is a tool for that in medibang, but you can use mesh transformation instead. Just use the lasso tool on whatever part you want, then press transform and then mesh transformation.
